F999 con Help Center — Welcome
Running into the occasional hiccup while using an online betting platform is completely normal. Whether you're opening your first account or you're an existing user confused about a payment, the f999 con Help Center is here to help every step of the way.
We understand that most users in Bangladesh aren't comfortable receiving support in English. That's why f999 con's entire support system operates fully in Bengali — Live Chat, email, and even the guides, all in your native language.
Account Setup & Management
Opening an account on f999 con takes just a few minutes — simply verify your mobile number with an OTP and you're good to go. That said, some users run into a few snags the first time around, and we've covered those common issues below.
What do I need to register?
To register on f999 con, all you need is an active Bangladeshi mobile number and your date of birth. You must be 18 or older to open an account — this is a mandatory requirement on our platform.
Can't log in?
If you've forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password" on the login page. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Use it to set a new password — the whole process takes under 2 minutes.
If that number is no longer active, contact us directly via live chat. The support team will verify your identity and help you regain access to your account.

Bonus & Promotions Info
New users at f999 con receive a 200% welcome bonus. The bonus is automatically credited to your balance as soon as you make your first deposit.
What are the bonus wagering requirements?
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. You must wager 5x the bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable — this is called the wagering requirement. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 BDT bonus, you'll need to place a total of ৳10,000 BDT in bets before you can withdraw that bonus.
How do I get my weekly cashback?
F999 con Gold and Platinum members automatically receive cashback every Monday. Silver members may also be eligible for cashback during special weeks. The cashback amount is based on your total bets from the previous week.
Security — Keep your account protected
Follow a few basic precautions to keep your f999 con account secure. Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, combining numbers and special symbols.
Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
You can enable 2FA from your account settings. Each time you log in, an OTP will be sent to your mobile — without it, access won't be granted. With this feature on, no one can get into your account even if they know your password.
What should you do if you notice suspicious activity?
If you suspect someone has accessed your account without your permission, change your password immediately and contact f999 con support. The support team will review your account promptly and temporarily lock it if necessary.
Technical Troubleshooting
F999 con is built with a mobile-first design, so it runs smoothly on any modern smartphone. That said, occasional technical issues can still come up.
Page not loading or running slowly
Clear your browser cache (Settings → Clear Cache). For best results, use Chrome or Firefox and keep your browser up to date. If mobile data is slow, try switching to Wi-Fi.
Live scores aren't updating
Try refreshing the page. If that doesn't help, check that JavaScript is enabled in your browser. f999 con's live features depend on JavaScript, so some functionality won't work if it's turned off.
Responsible Betting — Keep Yourself Protected
F999 con believes betting should be fun, not stressful. That's why the platform includes several responsible gaming tools. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits directly from your account settings.
If you feel your betting is getting out of control, f999 con offers temporary or permanent self-exclusion. Contact support and your account can be suspended for a set period. For more details, visit our Responsible Gaming View page.
